Our Team of Advisors

A finance, operations and technology professional having served at the American School in Japan as a Board Member, Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer.  Matt was previously the Japan COO for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and spent 25 years in financial services in NY, London and Tokyo.  Matt has 4 boys all of whom have attended international schools, he currently resides in Tokyo with his wife Michi.

Tim has been in International schools as a teacher and administrator since 1976, most recently as Deputy Head of the American School in Japan.  His administrative specialty is Finance and Facilities.  Married to a former international school teacher with four children all of whom attended and graduated from international schools.  Tim currently resides in Devon, England.

Ayako is current the Director of People at a major international school in Singapore and not actively consulting.

An ICF accredited Executive Coach and HR professional with over 20 years of leadership and HR functional experience in banking and education sectors in Tokyo, London and Singapore. Previously the head of HR at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Japan and in Singapore & South East Asia.  She is an accredited team visitor with the Council for International Schools. Ayako currently resides with her family in Singapore.
